Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting various administrative functions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations and ensure a well-organized, clean, and functional workspace.
- Manage and coordinate office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory management.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Support event planning and coordination for company meetings, training sessions, and other activities.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, receptionist, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
